Our MOQ is 1 piece. We specialize in small-batch trial orders, prototypes, and low-volume production. You can start with a single sample to validate fit and function before placing a larger order.

Go to our Contact / Quote page and upload your drawing or sample photos. We accept PDF, STEP, IGS, and image files. Please include quantity, material, surface finish, and any tolerance requirements so we can quote accurately.

Yes. We can reverse-engineer from a physical sample or work from your 2D/3D drawings. Send clear photos and dimensions first; if needed, you can mail the sample to our Ningbo facility for detailed measurement.

We mainly quote FOB Ningbo. Other terms such as CIF, DAP, or EXW can be negotiated depending on the project and destination.

Sample lead time is usually 7–15 days after order confirmation, depending on part complexity and material availability. Production lead time depends on quantity and is confirmed in our quotation.

Yes. We recommend a prototype or small trial batch before committing to volume. This lets you verify dimensions, fit, and finish before full production.

For new customers we typically ask for a T/T deposit before production, with the balance paid before shipment. Terms can be discussed for repeat orders.

We follow ISO-aligned quality procedures, in-process inspection, and final inspection using calibrated measuring equipment. Dimensional reports, material certificates, and PPAP/FAI documentation are available on request.

We focus on Australia, North America, and South Africa. We are experienced with export packaging, customs documentation, and sea freight arrangements for these regions.

Yes. All drawings, samples, and project information are treated as confidential. We can sign an NDA before receiving sensitive technical documents.
